I think that good grade is an incentive for diligent students who often engage themselves to studying hard to achieve that grade. There are many things that direct us as students and evaluate our abilities. The grades are one of these things. And I support the idea that they encourage students to learn.
For one thing, having good grades helps the students to find better jobs in future. Getting higher marks proves that he has an appropriate method to study, or maybe he is more intelligent than the another student.
But, not all of students to study hard to get the best grades. for example, students use a bad way to get good grade by cheating.
In conclusion, each of us wants to achieve our own goal in life. And nothing could stop it if we really want it. Basically everything depends on us but the grades with good results always help us to believe in our power and give us a chance do it time and again.
