Tugas Keempat Bahasa Inggris 2

should goverment spend more money on improving roads and highways, or should goverment spend more money on improving public transportation (buses, trains, subway) why? uses spesific reason and details to develop your essay !

governments should spend more money on improving both roads and public transportation because both are of utmost importance in Jakarta. But i think, governments should give greater importance to improve public transportation facilities.

This is particularly evident in Jakarta, where the traffic jams are unavoidable facts of life. Faced with a mounting traffic crisis, I maintain that goverment should focus on improving public transportation instead of improving roads and highways. Public trasportation is cheaper, better for the environment, and a better long-term solution for meeting the transportation demands of the future.

Today due to heavy traffics, air pollution has increased greatly. If people will more use buses and trains then all carbon dioxide coming out of small vehicles will be stopped. At the same time, sound pollution will reduce to great extent. Due to heavy traffics, people have to honk frequently, thus creating sound pollution.

I think improving public transportations facilities will not only increase public convenience and control pollution but it will also make world a better place to live.

Tugas Ketiga Bahasa Inggris Bisnis 2

A foreign visitor has only one day to spend in your country. Where should this visitor go on that day? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.

My country is such a beautiful country. Indonesia has many beautiful places to visit. If a foreign visitor has only one day to spend in my country, i will suggest that visitor should visit "TMII ( Taman Mini Indonesia Indah )" in Jakarta, our capital city.

For visitors who have little time to explore the Indonesian islands, Taman Mini is a good introduction to what this country has to offer in diversity and culture. During weekends and holidays Taman Mini is an ideal theme park for families to become more acquainted with other regional cultures.

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is a ‘whole country in one park’. This 100-hectare park has full-scale traditional houses for each of Indonesia’s provinces, with displays of regional handicrafts and clothing, and even a mini-scale Borobudur. Museums, theatres, an IMAX cinema are scattered throughout the grounds, there is a lake with a miniature of the archipelago in the middle of it and other recreational facilities which make TMII one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city. Free cultural performances are staged in selected regional houses (usually around 10am); Sunday is the big day for cultural events, but shows are also held during the week.

One day is a very short time, but it will be a day you will never forget if you stay this one day visiting TMII. 'cause it feels like you go around Indonesia just in One Day.
